I got involved in wing chun kung fu because at the time I started I thought it was an effective form of Chinese martial arts. Being a Bruce Lee's fan I went in search to study his fighting art. I have been blessed with have to studied under Sifu Allan Lee  http://wingchunnyc.com/ and to briefly meet Duncan Leung at a seminar he conducted at Sifu Lee's academy. Both these teachers have changed the way I understand Chinese martial arts. Wing Chun is conceptually a beautiful martial science and when done properly it is effective. I highly recommend it for those who want to study Chinese gung fu.
