I had a really tough morning with work. Some of my clients are killing me with their bad habits and psychological temperaments. I am a health and fitness coach and not a relationship expert. Shit, I need some advice!!! (LOL) I woke up feeling better and less sore from my workouts. I did Intu-flow yesterday.
9am (Bowel movement)
10:30am Late breakfast
Scrambled eggs, uncured bacon, Greek Salad, and small portion of oatmeal. One bottle watter.

2pm Lunch
