• Supine      Ring Body Pull Ups
• Clubbell      Clean Order Squats
• Ring      Push Ups
• Cart      Wheel

 

Performance goals:

• Five      rounds circuits
• 10 reps
• 2-5      min. rest in between rounds
• Technique      of 8 or greater
• Exertion      of 5-6
• Discomfort      of 3 or less

Physical Sensations: Body sweat, body heat, right ankle pain due to improper cart wheel landing???, body pumped, dizziness, and light headed.

Emotions: Flow, happy, confident, in controlled, and determined.

Thoughts: My right cart wheel needs improvement. The Pulls were easy. The ring push ups were fun and it reminded of wing chun punching. The rate heart increased when I did the cart wheels.
